Very unhappy for first time using the app

First the driver marks my delivery as delivered but it wasn't. I had to call him to find out where was and who he had delivered to

Second, missing item frozen berries

Thirdly, the Lettuce expiry date is today.

The Manger who spoke to me Said she would refund me. What a joke?

The reason I used this was for convenience. Definitely not convenient, more of inconvenience.

Extremely bad service from Woolworths, I would expect better.

I won't recommend this app to anyone.
