Woolworths Dash

Worse customer service from woolworths dash I have place an order yesterday and was called today morning by the driver around 8:49am to confirm my address and he said was on his way will arrive by 9:05am witch he never did until I at 1b0am I call the driver and he told me he was stuck in traffic but is on his way 2hours later still he did not arrive I called him for the 3rd time at 12:06pm he rejected my calls tried and call him again at 12:30pm he told me he was arrested by the traffic cops has sent another driver to come and deliver my goods, I decided to call woolworths Bassonia as my order was coming from them lady who answer when I told them what happen the answer I got from her was they will come don't worry then she hang up I decided to send woolworths head office e-mail at 12:55pm a lady by the name of Lindiwe called me back at 14:30 said will check with woolworths Bassonia what happen and call me back did receive her call again at 16:38 only to say my order could not be delivered they will refund me back how inconvenience of woolworths dash worse service ever now have to wait for finance to refund me bck tomorrow I'm not using that app ever again it so useless...
