Woolworths Dash

I order online frequently as a matter of convenience from a range of shopping platforms.

I've experienced absolutely brilliant service from including Desertcart, Takealot, Mr Delivery, Checkers and so the list goes on.

Sadly Woolworths Dash has now for a second time in less than a three month period been able able to deliver my purchase online due to various reasons from address location to calling and receiving no answer upon arrival.

Each time I've found myself waiting outside for my order watching the driver tracker function to see it changed over to abondand delivery.

At time's my delivery is completed however during these times I find myself having to call and email over a two week period each time to gain my refund.

The service is absolutely disappointing. I'm finding Checkers to be the new Woolworths food with excellent customer service.

Woolworths need to focus on customer service as the product alone will not keep their customers returning. A look into their driver tracking function as well would be advised seeing the driver has at times arrived long before the time indicated on the app.
