Woolworths / Daly Trying to Exploit Me

last year I was offered a 50% settlement from the debt collector who called me on behalf of woolworths. i agreed and requested it to be emailed to me. to date nothing is received and the interests and fees are piling up. does woolworths not want me to settle my debt? dont get DALY to call me - so so so useless. Mybalance was over R2k, Daly says its R 7888 - sending me a settlement letter of R 4500...hahahaha, im not mother xmas, im not paying bonuses or commission, did woolworths allow me to buy for R 5k?
