I went to the quick check out section. There was no one behind me. There were3 cashiers chatting; and they stopped me in my tracks and said according to policy, they could not serve me. I asked to talk to the manager and in a rude tone, I was shown a lady, who said she was not going to allow me to be served at the quick check till. There was no one behind me. I went to the other queue for people with trolleys. There were about 3 people ahead of me. I got to the counter and paid for my items. While I was getting served, a gentleman came to the queue I was on, with 2 items, and I asked why the rules did not apply to him. The cashiers told me to launch a complaint if I want. Woolies used to be a pleasant place to shop at but you have joined the same jokers out there. Online Shopping is the way people are going, yet you have time to bring your attitude and issues at this age and time?
