Woolworths Dainfern Square bad customer service

I have been a frequent customer at Woolworths Dainfern Square and never had experienced any sort of bad service until today. The store inside has a little sandwich bar where they toast sandwiched and the lady was so rude and unprofessional making the experience very uncomfortable. She would not greet or ask if she could help us. We stood there for like 5 min when she eventually asked " do you want a sandwich". She was talking to her friends the whole time making us feel like we are interrupting her social gathering. Not to mention that we waited almost 15 min for our sandwiches as she was too busy with her conversation. When I approached the person who advised he is part of the management chain he just apologized and then advised he will deal with the situation, but as we walked away he also continued talking with his friend. This was truly an unpleasant experience and I would not make use of their service again soon.
