Woolworths Dainfern Square

This is addressed to Woolworths Dainfern Square - my favourite store and so imagine my shock with the service received from Karabo at Woolworths Dainfern. Now I am not saying he was rude, impolite or even that bad I have certainly had worse however for me he belongs more at a Checkers than at a Woolies. Please do give him some more training so that he can get up to the Woolworths standard thank you. Again to reiterate he was not the worst just not quite Woolworths standard.

Another thing I have noticed which saddens me as us customers are used to the best is that I am finding more and more that the staff are rather chatty with each other whilst customers are in front of them, again this is not the Woolworths way and considering I worked as a teen at Woolworths way back when I should know. Thank you, taking these points into consideration would be greatly appreciated.
