Woolworths customer services is rogue and unprofessional
I'm dissappointed with woolworths customer services department on Facebook and online. I submitted a complaint via email regarding baby clothes I purchased on 24 April 2020. Which has been ignored by all staff. 1. I was inquiring about the 50% sale which was advertised but to my surprise did not happen 2. I purchased baby clothes at two branches on the same day. Under the impression that It was at the promised 50%. However Woolworths Irene Village Mall charged me 100% while Woolworths Mall of Africa charged me 70% of the price. I was asking why this happened and if she can explain it because I only saw from the receipts 3. I asked if the customer services desks were open so that if her explanation was not convincing for me, I would return the clothes as I am dissatisfied with the fact that two branches charged different rates on the same day. Abigail gave poor responses. Then eventually ignored my emails. I have the copies if you would like me to submit these. She did not explain to me when the 50% sale ended as the the response I saw from Woolworths on twitter indicated until end of lockdown. The 24th of April was still within the lockdown period. She ignored my query for asking why I was charged two different rates on the same day by different branches. She immediately told me to return the clothes to the nearest branch. If Abaigails treatment is representative of Woolworths attitude towards their clients. I’m disappointed. Please do respond so that we determine how to solve this going forward. The facebook team claimed that they would bet back to me and did not
