Woolworths Customer Service -What a joke !

Complained about the quality of Woolworths Ice cream on 26 December 2024 but no response from their Customer Service Department except a computerised acknowledgment . Where on earth is the customer service, if that department does not have the training and basic common sense to respond. It's become impossible to get basic things done in South Africa. What a ridiculous situation!!!!!1
