Woolworths customer service SUCKS!

Horrified at how bad the online email and phone service centre is. I ordered something. They messed up delivery of half the order. I keep getting responses from different customer service reps responding with the same information: “ we need to update your contact info”. This feels like a strategy to prevent my order from coming through. How many times do you need to update my contact info and then not resolve the problem…?
