Woolworths customer service suck

Getting hold of their customer care or to get any help is just non existing! Phoned in, send a complaint via internet, phoned in again 3 more times . Just put you on hold to get cut off. What a waste of money! Still waiting for a reply mail or feedback on my query. What does one need to do to get helped?
