Woolworths Customer Service Non Existent !!!

It's astonishing that a Company with such a good reputation in South Africa appears not to give a damn about customer service .If they did ,they would obviously employ competent people in that department who did their job.

I’ve sent three ( 3 ) emails over the past few weeks to Woolworths Customers Service concerning the poor quality and taste of a food product. ……... and they simple do not respond!!

How can one continue to support a Company that does not care about its customers ??
