Woolworths Customer Service for Online Purchases is non-existent

Post online purchase of a mattress protector which had a hole as the seam was not in-tact and stitches elsewhere were very loose, I raised a complaint with *** on 25 November and have heard nothing since. Customer service is non-existent even after sending a follow-up email to her on 1 December. Pathetic customer experience! Upon calling the customer service number on the package numerous times now, they are unable to help and keep transferring me to online team who are always busy according to the recording and I just hang on the line, wasting my time and money.
