Woolworths customer service centre is fabulous. Online personal shoppers, not so much

I ordered products online from Woolworths and the personal shopper assigned didn't bother calling to find out if she could substitute items that were not available. One of my items was a 6 pack of cooked mini pies for R25. The personal shopper substitute it with 6x 4 packs of frozen pies for R521. Almost R500 over my initial budget. So that's the bad part and why there is a star missing. It was 9 o clock at night and I was seriously annoyed, so I called the complaint line anyway, expecting it to be closed. A lady by the name of Siphothaze answered and smoothed my anger away as she listened and offered a viable solution. She called the store the next day to tell them about it, then called me back to confirm the matter had been resolved. I wish Pick n Pay had a Siphothaze. Great job !!
