Woolworths customer service and products

I purchased a milkshake(falooda) from woolworths in Durban North. My wife and daughter consumed the milkshake and became ill after consumption. I have contacted their customer services, who wanted a pic of the expiration and batch no. I sent it through and they just never got back to me.

I have tried several times thereafter to contact them but no reply from their side. It is very upsetting and concerning that a big brand such as woolworths does not bother about their customers and also their pathetic customer service. I was a very good customer but after that incident and their customer service I now have major doubts about them.
