Woolworths customer service.

Just to give you an idea on how poor Woolworths service became. I started calling customer service on 30 November for white sneakers with 2 zips as advertised on the site. Nothing available, but Somerset has 2 pairs and so does Cavendish. Blue route assisted with this info. I contacted Cavendish. They have nothing. So I started looking for the option with one zip. Repeat of events.

Eventually I got hold of Danielle at Cavendish and insisted they look in the store. And wow, they find 2 pairs in each style!!!!

Is this what Woolworths service has come to? No customer service.
