WOOLWORTHS CUSTOMER CARE FAILS ME AS A CUSTOMER

Woolworths Customer Care must be the worst that I have ever experienced!!! With Woolworths in the media for wrong reasons one may be inclined to believe that the Customer Care will be more attentive and proactive. Not from my experience I called customer care whilst I was with family in the Woolworths Restaurant in Liberty Mall to complain about the Menu containing items that were unavailable. Further call to Customer care only assurances that the matter is being escalated -NEEDLESS TO STATE TO NO AVAIL. We have vowed never to enter a WOOLWORTHS STORE AGAIN.
