Woolworths curry

I complained about 3 weeks ago to woolworths about a thai green curry that had 3 small pieces of chicken, the sauce was brown and it had brown lettuce in it. i have had no response, so I tried to complain again and it wouldnt let me complain. Their service is lacking and so is there food quality
