Hi, wasn't even sure whether to bring this here. Anyway here goes. On the 11/09/24 I went to Woolworths Crowthorne. I took a basket, and one of the gents was assisting me and pointing out specials which was so great. So i had 1 white, 1 brown and 1 sourdough bread in the basket as well. When I got to the till, after taking everything out the white loaf was slightly squashed. Anyway I then decided to leave the white loaf. Then teller says, so when I leave the bread who do you think is going to buy it? ( I was unsure but after she said that then I made up my mind) . So anyway I'm like I don't understand, she's repeats her question. So I'm like I'm leaving the bread because already her tone has rubbed me off the wrong way. Then she says, it's like when she goes to a shop and takes something and goes with it to the till, and it's no longer in the condition that she found it in initially, she pays for it. I ask her are you forcing me to buy the bread, she's like no but whose going to buy the bread now. Im like are you fighting me for bread? I really need to understand if you're fighting me because of bread. She laughed and said I'm not fighting I was just saying. I did not appreciate being scolded like a child and really felt like at that point this woman was bullying me. What pathetic service from Crowthorne Woolies. Also Im not saying I was right, but her tone and bullying tactics are a huge no. I doubt I will ever set foot at Crowthorne Woolies again
