Woolworths Crossing Nelspruit sucks!

This is a message of total disgrunt and dismay regarding Woolworths Crossing (Nelspruit) I called the store this evening and was told they close at 6pm. We arrived at 5.54 and was turned away as they were "closed". When we stated that it was not 6pm and we just needed a few items, we were told again that they are closed. To the point where the security inside childishly ducked down when he saw us walk pass again. We requested to speak to the manager and was told no. Eventually Jabulani, the manager did come out after 6pm but was totally nonchalant about the situation and didn't seem fazed at all. We are residence of Cape Town and are currently on vacation in Nelspruit Mpumalanga. Tomorrow is my sons 12th birthday and we wanted to surprise him and our group of 26 friends with cupcakes for breakfast. I am a loyal VIP customer for many years and receiving treatment like this from your store is utterly disgusting. I am at the point where I am seriously considering closing my Woolies account as you clearly don't value your customers as you claim you do.
