So yet again after purchasing something at Woolworths Cresta, and walking out the store after paying, get to my sisters place to find the top that i had purchased for my Mom's funeral had the security tag still attached. So now had to find a lift back there as i live i Durban, so now its someone elses time and petrol that i am using and get there and oh my word i am so sorry that you had to now do some work.and sort out YOUR stuff up, a person would swear that it was my mistake. Eventually speak to a so called manager Daniel S and their whole attitude is "it happened, so what" i have my number to Daniel and asked him to get a senior manager to call me today. The chance of what happening is about a good as it snowing in JHB today. Woolworths you need to realize that people ate getting sick and tired and the ever downward spiral of your service. There are other places to shop and i for 1 will be one of the ver growing many that WILL NOT SHOP AT YOUR STORE AGAIN
