Woolworths Cresta - no customer service

I wanted to get a price of a product sold by Woolworths. I called the Cresta Branch 19 times. The phone was answered 5 times. Of the 5 times I was put through to the wrong department 3 times. The remaining 2 times the phone just rang and was not answered by the department it was put through to, In desperation I called the Northgate Branch. They answered immediately, transferred the call and I was assisted.
