Woolworths Cresta Mall very bad service

So I was getting these 75% off sales ads and decided to check them, saw an item i liked and checked availability in store and Woolworths Cresta mall did show that they had it. I drove there, when i got there I was assisted by a friendly lady and she said the item had been moved. I asked why would it show available then she referred me to a lady by the name of Ntombi(I guess she’s responsible for what i was enquiring). Ntombi said the items were moved on Wednesday, i then asked her that at least the systems should update I mean I was there Friday afternoon because it was still showing available while the item was moved Wednesday.....She raised her voice on me told me she doesn't work with systems and she wont do it, i must just go order online. I was not asking her to update but to take it up as a suggestion(I mean I was furious that i drove there to be told there item is not there when online it was showing it is) however the way she told me off and continue to say the head office is aware of it therefore I must just get over it. No professionalism whatsoever. Terrible store, I will never set my foot on the Woolworths Cresta mall again.
