Woolworths - Credit increase without consent/********!

Woolworths - once again you have played me. You have decided to increase my store card without my consent.

In December 2019, the only amount outstanding (balance) from my store card amount was about R700, today I paid R300 only to find out that you have decided to add another R1,000 to my balance??? The amount owed has moved up??? My credit increase has moved??? What is going on, this is *******!
