Woolworths Credit Card WVouchers

I have been a Woolworths Black Credit Card holder for more than three years now. As a woolworths credit card holder i am SUPPOSED to get 3% wvouchers back on all woolworths purchase on your card and 1% back on all other purchases. <br> To date I have received 0% back and I am sitting on VIP Tier status.<br> I called numerous times complaining regarding the fact that I have received no vouchers and i get told someone will call me back, oh my vouchers are getting emailed blah blah blah. SERIOUSLY i have NEVER received such pathetic service and Woolworths are meant to be a top tier retailer priding themselves on customer service and satisfaction.<br> I have really had enough of waiting and receiving such poor service.<br> This mail is my last resort before closing my credit card.
