Woolworths Credit Card will haunt you forever

I had a Woolworths credit card for a few years and eventually was able to pay it off and close in 2018. Since then my credit score still has this account reflecting as in arrears and open. I have called various numbers I have been given by Woolworths to close this, sent emails, pleaded even and with no luck. It has been over 6 years and Woolworths cannot manage to close a simple account that has been paid in full with customer closing the account. How do I get this off my name????
