Woolworths Credit Card & UTI Couriers

2 Months after I was offered a Woolworths Credit Card it is still NOT activated. I was contacted by a Financial Services Person with the offer for a Credit Card. This person indicated that the card would have been delivered to the Clearwater Mall branch - after 3 weeks the branch said that they can't handle these cards.<br> <br> UTI was assigned to deliver it - every time they called for an appointment they dropped the phone call. After the card was destroyed and a new one issued I had to arrange for delivery. The complete set of Fica documentation was handed over to the driver. UTI called and informed me that Woolworths Financial Services are not happy with the Proof of Residency - I said the front and back pages were given to the driver. Bianca from UTI said \Not to worry
