WOOLWORTHS CREDIT CARD SUPPORT IS USELESS

Avoid a Woolworths Credit Card (ABSA) at all costs. The level of customer service can only be described as pathetic and ***********. I took a credit card a couple of months ago and all was well until I had a ********** transaction on the card and they could not work out the difference between a dispute and *****. Now some call center clerk on a power trip is threatening me with closing the facility because I cannot supply them with a 'Utility Bill". I stay in a Trust and the Local Traditional Council issues letters confirming residence as the land allocated does not have street names and numbers. This has acceptable for every financial institution I dealt with, including a loan and a store card from Woolworths, but now suddenly not good enough for the clerk at the FICA desk. Numerous attempts ended in calls being dropped and no call backs. Utterly useless. Be warned
