Woolworths credit card services are the worst

Woolworths credit card facilities are the worst they customer service is the pits, they are so *********** it's annoying, they can't even give you a straight answer to any question, but they call themselves a credit provider maybe they should just stick to selling clothing and food I asked them simple questions about how they credit card work none of them could explain to me in terms of when their interest kick in they all seem to be clueless and rude
