Woolworths Credit Card Printing system

I app**** for a credit and requested that it be issued at Woolworths Sandton. When I went to collect I was told the system printing cards is off line that was Tuesday. I called on Wednesday same thing the whole week. I went there on Sunday I was told the system is still off line. Again today and the most irritatting thing about them is they think it's normal whereas it is the most inconvenient situation. It is unacceptable to have the system off line for a week this store is becoming a joke
