Woolworths Credit card Nightmare

I have had the worst experience just getting my credit card from Woolworhts, thought is would be a good idea to save when spending in store but what a nightmare. I app**** a couple of weeks ago and got approved it is 3 weeks later and still have not received my card, when I wanted to collect from East Rand Mall they have lost their safe Keys !!!!????? then when requested to deliver after 5 working days I have not received a phone call or card, I am currently on hold from customer services for 1 hour and 5 min to be exact. If I knew this I would not have app**** at all. I have never experienced such bad service from anyone. I will not recommend Woolworths financial services to anyone
