Woolworths Credit Card Neverending payments

I have settled close to 40% of my Woolworths Credit Card. I have sent Woolworths and MBD emails requesting that a statement reflecting the payment could be provided and the balance. All I keep receiving are letters of demand. They don't even respond or try to address my requests.
