Woolworths Credit Card how frustrating

<p>My Woolworths credit card was approved so I get an email to go into the Eastgate branch with my pay slips proof of residence and ID as requested( after email my payslips 5 times). Get there they cannot scan my document then this then that. I finally walk out, out of frustration someone from Woolworths then phones me over the weekend to sort out my problem. I get another sms to go in with Proof of residence and id to go pick up my card. They once again cannot help me! The incompetence of people is just mind boggling. I then try to phone in trying to speak to a manager then the clerks pretend to be managers. REALLY is this how Woolworths treat customers?</p>
