Woolworths credit card fica

I have a credit card through woolworths. After relocating to Pretoria they sms and phone me and tell me I must come into a branch to FICA my card with the new address.

I do not recieve any statements via post (all email) and I live with family so I no utility bills in my name. So I went with in with an e-toll statment... surprise surprise they don't accept that, they put me on the phone instore with financial division and the person I spoke with (who treated me like an idiot) said I need to bring an account in I explained that I didn't have hard copies, they just constantly said i must bring an account in.

I dont have a printer. And I refuse to waste any of my time or money driving around printing out an account to bring them.

They can go to hell. I cannot wait to pay off the account so I can close it.
