Woolworths Credit Card Division - **************** Specialists they are

In October 2012,I under went debt review. My Woolworths Credit was one of the companies being paid. As per the court order, Woolworths Credit card division submitted an amount of R 8000. The distribution agency which distributed payments monthly to all my creditors paid to Eastonberry on behalf of Woolworths. Eastonberry were appointed by Woolworths to collect the payment. On 2 February Eastonberry even refunded me R147 as I over paid. Now Woolworths credit card without even phoning me to ask any details, handed me over to some atrocious legal company called Brooks Luyt. Brook****y ( Cindy Gumede) phoned me in May, saying Woolworths card being handed over. I explained and emailed at documents etc. Then zero response from them. She said she will contact Woolworths. Now suddenly in October I receive from Brook****y legal notice and SMS of summons. First, why did Woolworths hand me over to Brooksluyt as this card being paid ( an even a bit refunded), and why do Woolworths use Brooksluyt, as since they recontacted me in October with legal notice etc, I keep emailing Brooksluyt, both Cindy Gumede and Mr S Govender there and only once the rep**** to say they will check. Meanwhile Brooksluyt keep sending me the SMS about summons. Woolworths I hold responsible for all this. I have a medical condition, and this undue stress is not good. Woolworths should know they appointed some company Eastonberry to collect their monthly payments. I am disgusted with this, and I won't sit back and just take this.
