Woolworths Credit card division

Worse experience I had with woolworths financial services, credit card divisions. Account is with VVM all my payments are missing and no one seems to know what is happening. Their consultant are so rude and don't even give you a chance to talk. I have been paying but the amount is not reflecting. Request for account statement no one seems to care. I am just tired of sending them emails. I am putting this here hoping they will solve my query since Feb I have been complaining I am not wining with woolworths credit card division
