Woolworths Credit Card

I am disgusted by the Woolies service on my credit card... I have been paying it from July 2023 without a fail and way before the due date at average of R800 a month... Yes my account is way up-to-date... But the balance is ever increasing without me using it!!?? Is there something I don't know cause your consultants still can't explain to me... Or should I stop paying it to get your attention?
