Woolworths Credit Card application

I am very dissapointed in Woolworths financial services as for I tried to apply for a credit card of which woolworths declined me , due to their system showing that I am still under debt review, meantime I was on debt review 7 years ago , and after sending them an ITC report showing that I am not currently under debt review. I gave it a few months and tried again , I was yet again declined. I lodged a query with them online and I am still waiting for them to give me a call. I tried calling them today but was holding on the line for almost an half a hour, and no one picked up.
