Woolworths Credit card and Store card bad service

After a long battle of unemployment, I eventually managed to settle my Woolworths Credit card and Woolworths store card DEPT, however they keep it on record for a year, which is not right, Credit Ombudsman says once a dept is paid records must be removed from ITC listing and Woolworths account info, on my Woolworths app it still says I must contact collection agency as my account is arrears for six months, these accounts were settled two months ago, and I've asked them repeatedly to change this info and remove it and to change my cell number as it is incorrect, two months down the line nothing has been done. My Woolworths store card was never closed yet i cannot get a new one?
