woolworths credit card and Absa dont want to pay my money back

<p>ABSA i-direct payed me my money into my Woolworths credit card on the 1st of September 2016. Woolworths credit card sat they can't see the payment made by ABSA. </p> <p> </p> <p>What's frustrating me more is that Woolworths and ABSA works together in credit card and now I'm stuck between them. I've been calling Woolworths credit card everyday and they can't help me. I spoke to the guy called Carl( Woolworths credit card division team leader) but still he doesn't call me back to resolve the issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>ABSA said the money went through but Woolworths said they are still tracing the money, it's been a month and a half now.</p>
