Woolworths Credit Card

I am having so much difficulty just to get assistance with my credit card. I keep being transferred to somewhere. Consultants are so incompetence it seems like no one knows what's going on there . Online banking is the same thing can anyone at Woolworths assist with basic credit card queries, I mean it can't be that difficult. And shut the call centre while you at it
