Woolworths Credit and Store Cards given WITHOUT PERMISSION OR APPLICATION, wanting payment for these cards and listing as bad payers

I app**** for a WREWARDS card from Woolworths and downloaded the app on my phone. Firstly on the accounts page it says that I have a Woolworths store card which I DID NOT apply for. I checked my credit rating and it gives me a poor credit rating because its unpaid for R50 which. After much emailing to and from I eventually get a closed account letter from Tracy Marks at Woolworths Resolutions team. Today I had a look at the app to see the vouchers and now a Woolworths credit card has been added. I checked my credit score and it gives me a poor credit rating because its unpaid for R27. Again I DID NOT apply for this card! Why should I pay for a card that I did not apply for. AGAIN I have emailed Woolworths complaints and accounts resolution. Why are they adding cards to the cash rewards cards app that are not app**** for, giving a bad credit record for amount to be paid on the accounts that I did not apply for or even have the card!!!
