Woolworths complaints - Bad service!

I sent a email to Woolworths complaints, thinking they will take a complaint email serious. In the email I state that i would not want to go the hello Peter route to get a response but look at me now.

Seems the only way one gets response from major companies is when you go the hello Peter route.

Discusting that I still have not been contact.
