Woolworths complaint

Ref *** re my complaint to Woolworths regarding gift vouchers purchased online that we not validated . So the poor recipient with the gift vouchers had to pay for his purchases. Gift vouchers were purchased 22/12/2020 and enquiry opened in Jan 21. To date still no response from Woolworths, shocking shocking service! Are staff *****ing the money?
