Woolworths Columbine, Worst Store In JHB

Woolworths Click and Collect is a joke !!! I ordered 26 items from Woolworths Columbine in Johannesburg South. I got 4 smses to say my order was ready to collect, I get there and the workers make me wait outside for over an hour while they do my shopping for me. Nevermind the fact that more than half my items were out of stock and I wasn't notified, obviously because they didn't have my order ready. (I placed the order 2 days prior to collection) It was so unpleasant that there was over 10 customers parked outside waiting to be served and waiting for the staff to get their orders ready. Also our goods were thrown into a trolley with no packets or bags and when I asked for the packets that I requested for when I placed my order I was told that I cant have any because their form doesn't say packets.

I've never been so disgusted with the service from a Woolworths. WOOLWORTHS HAS LOST IT !!! They no longer have the right to be so expensive and when they lose their customers they'll realise why !!! Their bottled water is so ashy and heavy its basically glorified tap water !!! I firmly believe that Woolworths should just be a bakery because desserts are all they're good for. The quality of goods and the quality of service is appalling!
