Woolworths colognes are ****!!!!!!!!

Never buy a cologne from Woolworths!!!!!!. I bought a Chanel cologne worth 4.4K and as soon as I used it I knew it wasn’t an original cause I once owned it before bought from the Chanel boutique. It doesn’t even last for 2 hours. I tried taking it back and the said I should bring a dispatch note which wasn’t in the box. I tried calling them and they said I should go in store to get the dispatch note for a return. When I got to the store in Clearwater at collections there was a lady who had attitude and would not allow me to return the fragrance as she didn’t allow me to get the note. She said even if I had the note she wouldn’t allow me to return it as it was open and I said I was I supposed to know it was **** if I didn’t open it now I’m stuck with a four thousand rand **** cologne. I’ve been using it cause hey what can I do
