What Woolworths is doing is unfair. You go to the store to pay your account, first confirm how much you need to pay and pays that. Then their collection agencies blow up your phone everyday to inform you that you did not pay the whole amount outstanding!! How? When Woolworths printed a slips with the amount due and paid that. What annoying is that they’ll add up the collection costs to your account.

I can’t wait to finish up paying their account and part ways with them!!
