Woolworths coffe shop the worst

I went to the woolworths coffe shop at the retail crossing shopping centre on Hendrick potgeiter road in little falls on the 24th of February 2016, this is the fifth time I have been there. Once you sit down and your order is eventually taken, it takes at least 20 mins to get your coffee even though there are numerous waiters and only five other tables to serve. Once you've had your meal. The worst is trying to get the bill, you ask for it and get ignored, they all stand and chat to each other in front to the point where you have to get up and go and ask for the bill, they bring it then you're ignored again until you go to them again to pay. I think it is awful that you have to always run after them because they would rather stand and talk to each other. This has happened all five times I have been there I will now definitely not being going back. People if you want decent service etc. stay clear of this place.
