Woolworths clothing shrinks after 1st wash! Beware!

Hi, similar to other complaints, I have experienced shrinking with dresses specifically. This has happened with 4x dresses which cost approx R450 - R500 each. Three are 100% Viscose, the other 100% Rayon. They shrank upwards in length and the long sleeve arms shrank so now they are midway above my wrist. The waistline also shrank and now sits midway or just under the bust and waist.

First it was a summer dress that is now too short & small to wear. Then 2 months ago I purchased 2 winter dresses. After washing both once in the machine as per the label they shrank and are unwearable. I made the mistake of buying a further dress just a few weeks ago and this time washed it in COLD water, due to the previous ones shrinking - but to my dismay it also shrank and is unwearable. I have only worn the last 3 dresses once each!? That’s over R1300 wasted! Will NEVER buy clothing from Woolworths again. They are obviously using inferior textiles which aren’t undergoing sufficient quality checks. What a *******..... happy to hand over the dresses in exchange for a refund. As the quality is shocking!!
