Woolworths Clothing - No feedback or action

My online Woolworths clothing order has been out on delivery since Wednesday. I called this morning and they said someone would be in touch. A few hours later, after no feedback, I sent an email to them and to the Customer Service email address. I had no feedback so I called the same number I did this morning. They told me that the warehouse feedback takes 24 to 48 hours?? When I got angry, she then says that she will escalate this! Why wasn't it escalated this morning on my first call. Very disappointed in your service!
